  • Microsoft Outlook/Microsoft, where necessary to provide and operate our business email services;

  • other professional advisers or service providers where reasonably necessary to provide our services;

  • regulatory, government, law enforcement or other authorities where we are legally required or permitted to do so; and

  • other parties where you have instructed or authorised us to disclose information.

We do not permit third parties to use your personal information for their own direct marketing purposes.

8. Website analytics and IONOS SiteAnalytics

Our website uses IONOS SiteAnalytics to obtain statistical information about how visitors use our website.

SiteAnalytics is used to help us understand and improve the operation, content and performance of our website. The statistics available to us include information such as:

  • numbers of visitors;

  • page views or impressions;

  • landing pages;

  • exit pages;

  • duration of visits;

  • bounce rates;

  • browser and device information;

  • search engine and referrer information; and

IONOS states that SiteAnalytics is used for statistical analysis and technical optimisation of websites. Information relating to website requests, including IP address and technical information, may be processed by IONOS for these purposes. IONOS states that IP addresses are anonymised after transmission and that the subsequent analysis is carried out without personal reference.

We use the resulting information for website statistics and improvement. We do not use SiteAnalytics for behavioural advertising, cross-site advertising or to build advertising profiles of website visitors.

Your right to object to website analytics

You may object to the processing of your website usage information for these statistical analytics purposes at any time and free of charge.

Please state that you wish to object to the use of your website usage information for IONOS SiteAnalytics. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that your objection is communicated to IONOS or otherwise acted upon where technically possible.
